Colleen Rustin

Colleen joined Greatmark Investment Partners in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. She has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. Colleen graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Finance. After completing the Management Associate program at SunTrust, she worked 20 + years as both an employee and a consultant for Synovus Financial Corporation. Prior to joining Greatmark, she spent 5 years as Vice President, Sr. Manager of Trust Operations for Synovus Trust Company N.A. utilizing her extensive experience in operations, financial analysis, systems and training. Colleen is married with two children, and her daughter and son are both in college. She is actively involved at St. Paul United Methodist Church and serves on the Administrative Council.
Some things you might not know about me -
I love being active and enjoy exercising and trying new activities. I was formerly a yoga and pilates instructor when I was younger, and now my favorite cardio class is Body Combat, which is a mix of intense aerobic work with martial arts. It is not only a good workout, but also potential self-defense training if I ever need it. It is also a great stress reliever!
